PLAY time! Why is recess not counted for time on learning? This year, the MS administrator took away 6th grade recess and suppressed student voice when kids tried to give their opinion or request help. AND Central Office put the blame on our local, saying that time for recess needed to be negotiated with the Union. Never needed that before this year....
